Touch and Breathe
Touch and breathe, originally created by Dr. John Diepold uses the same meridian points as EFT. The process is different. Instead of tapping, you gently touch and hold your fingers at the point for the space of at least one slow breathe. Mary Sise has a great new book "The Energy of Belief" that teaches more about it. I especially recommend using the TAB points when you are in public and need to change how you are feeling. You can touch the points casually with any part of your hand, and no one needs to know what you are doing.
